Happy Trees

I so wish I could share all the illustrations I've been working on for the new book from Mograce Publishing, "The Kingdom Without Rhyme". It will be released in spring 2018.

Until then, here's a look at painting happy trees.

scribblings

*I watched a quietly delightful documentary last night called Kedi, about the street cats of Istanbul. But now I want one!

*So excited for the new season of The British Baking Show! As Mary Berry would say, "it's sheer perfection."

*If you're going to be in the Adirondack area on July 6th, come to Timberline Cafe + Bakery for a book signing event with me and author Maurice Hebert! It starts at 4:00 and there will be coffee, tea, books, and general bonhomme.

M for Magician

All the artwork is now complete for the book "What Would I Do?" and here is a little preview to celebrate! Now it's time to send them off to the printers so it can eventually find a home on your bookshelf.

I'm delighted to be partnering with Mograce Publishing on this warm and charming book. Be sure to visit the Facebook page for a chance to win a free autographed copy!

Book Preview

I'm thrilled to be able to share a little glimpse at a project that's been in the works since last March: illustrating a children's book entitled "What Would I Do?" written by Moe Hebert.

The book explores warm and often humorous situations based on each letter of the alphabet. Here is a sneak peek at one of the spreads: V for Violinist.

Following in the footsteps of Beatrix Potter and Mark Twain, we are self-publishing. The book will be available in December of this year through Amazon.com. Stay tuned for more updates!
