It's August which means it's Artist Appreciation Month! I decided to draw a tribute to Bill Watterson, the genius mind and hand behind the comic "Calvin & Hobbes". His ability to blend simple, beautiful illustrations, philosophical exposition, and wry and honest humor makes it tops in my list of favorite works of art.
